This website aims to give travelers and residence of Central-Florida a directory of Gluten-Free and Celiacs friendly restaurants. I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease in 2006. Since my diagnosis, I have had issues finding restaurants with real Gluten-Free options. This website's goal is not based on typical restaurant ratings but on how friendly they are to people who have Celiacs Disease or eating a Gluten-Free Life Style.
